Starting with the restoration of Casa Testa, a 100 year old building in Casco Viejo, Constructive Solution has been responsible for not only construction and reconstruction, but construction management as well. Construction
As you now know, Constructive Solution isn’t only about hammers and nails, but construction is the very heart of the company’s efforts. Approaching each project the same way the owner would, Constructive Solution is able to build with the confidence that the results will meet or exceed the expectations of the owner. Using the renovation of Casa Testa (please see pictures in «Projects») as an example, Constructive Solution was able to not only perform the desired construction, but the results were outstanding. The finished construction was of the highest standards and quality and it also allowed Casa Testa to retain the architectural beauty of its 100-year old design. Because Constructive Solution is able to view projects from the owner’s perspective, the team is able to build exactly what the owner wants.
